Imperial Valley College honored the Class of 2026 at its third annual Binational Celebration in Mexicali, recognizing the unique resilience of transfronterizo students. Held at CETYS Universidad, the ceremony highlighted the deep cross-border ties and bicultural identity of graduates who navigate daily border crossings. Leaders praised the students’ perseverance in bridging two nations through education.
