Admissions & Records (A&R) FAQ’s

Spring Priority Registration begins November 03, 2025. To find out the date and time when you are eligible to register, please login to My Priority Registration.

Current students can request official transcripts by logging into WebSTAR
Former students can request official transcripts by creating an account through Parchment.com.

Please contact Admissions & Records at (760) 355-6101 or submit a “Contact Form” request and we will reply as soon as possible.

For a proof of enrollment, students can submit the "Verification of Enrollment” form.
Please allow 3 business days for processing.

NOTE: Please be prepared with your IVC ID# (G#) and personal information to verify your account. 

When you submit your OpenCCC Apply application, you will receive an email with your IVC student email information. If for any reason you do not receive it, please contact Admissions & Records at (760) 355-6101 or submit a “Contact Form” request and we will reply as soon as possible.

Please email your instructor to confirm that they submitted the grade change request. Once approved, the grade change will be processed as soon as A&R receives them. Any pending Incompletes or Grade Changes will be completed as they are received and will continue to receive them until the end of the semester to allow faculty to submit the grade changes.

Duplicate Diplomas/Certificates can be requested through Parchment.com for a fee of $25 dollars per request.

Many students that attended before 1980 require a "Build History" which takes time to build. These will be processed after campus is opened as records from microfilm need to be accessed.
