As an eligible employee of IVC, you have access to a comprehensive set of benefits.
Our benefits cover a variety of areas, with multiple options in each area allowing
you to choose the plan that works best for you.
You are eligible if you are a regular full-time employee and are working 30 hours or more per week.
Open Enrollment occurs each year in August and is your opportunity to review your benefits options to determine what best meets your needs. The selections you make will remain in effect for the entire plan year unless you have a qualifying event.
You must notify human resources within 31 days of the qualifying event. Benefits elections will then remain in force for the remainder of the plan period.
