Timesheets for regular payroll are due the 11th of the month.
Check are mailed the last working day of the month. Please allow ten working days for the U.S. Postal Service to deliver your check.
Complete a Direct Deposit form and turn it in at the IVC Business Office, Room #16. Please allow at least two months for direct deposit to go into effect.

During periods of enrollment, work study students are limited to 15 hours per week and SE (student employment) students are limited to 20 hours per week. No student employee is allowed to work more than 8 hours per day. These limitations are non-negotiable – going over the limit due to special circumstances is not allowable. During periods of non-enrollment (winter, spring and summer breaks), students may work up to 40 hours per week if funds are available and the student has the eligibility.
